Vandalism Report / Comment Form

"Park Needs Your Immediate Attention"

The Mission of the Community Services & Parks Department is to enhance the Glendale community's quality of life by providing safe, well-maintained parks and public spaces; preserving open space and historic resources; caring for people; strengthening the bonds of community; and creating opportunities for renewal, growth, and enrichment.

This form is designed to receive feedback from Glendale park users as to the state of Glendale City Parks. Your efforts will assist Parks staff by identifying city parks in need of repair and services to improve the condition of those parks.

To report vandalism of any City park, recreation area or facility, you may call 818-548-2054 or 818-548-2000. You may also complete this form and submit your report/comment online. You may report vandalism, items that require repair such as broken sprinklers or play equipment, or illegal night activities. This can be anonymous; or if you prefer that we update you on the progress, please give us your contact information. Thank you for helping us in keeping our City Parks and Recreation Facilities properly maintained.

IF YOU SEE ANY ILLEGAL ACTIVITY TAKING PLACE, PLEASE CALL 911!
