Life-Long Learning Classes
The City of Glendale’s Community Services and Parks department (CSP) is offering display space, free of charge, for art created by students enrolled in, or instructors providing lessons for, an art class as part of the Life Long Learning Program (LLL).
Experience a number of exciting classes, clinics, and workshops for all ages and interests. Do you love to dance or express yourself through art? We offer a variety of arts, crafts, music, special interest, dance, fitness and wellness classes to cultivate both your creativity and overall well-being. There are exercise and visual arts classes for all ages and ability levels. Help start your children out with fun and healthy habits by enrolling them in one of the tiny tot classes.
Wherever your interests lie, there is a class to suit your needs. If you aren't able to find what you're looking for, let us know so we can help you to satisfy your interests.
All participants are required to have a completed Release of Liability & Indemnity Agreement form on file for each season registered.
For more information, download the current issue of our Leisure Guide and Recreation Wrap Up, or call (818) 548-2184. Registration information is also available on-line.
INSTRUCTOR OPPORTUNITIES
The City of Glendale Community Services & Parks Department continues to look for instructors to offer a variety of new recreation classes.
SPECIAL NEEDS ACCOMMODATIONS
The Community Services & Parks Department will provide any reasonable accommodation toward the inclusion of a participant. Please contact our Therapeutic Recreation Coordinator at (818) 548-3785 two weeks prior to the start of the program. Ample time is required to determine the needs of each request.
