Adult Recreation Center (ARC) Construction Project

The Adult Recreation Center (ARC) is located at the corner of Colorado and Louise Streets.
Improvements include a new single story, 19,100 foot building with patio and landscape improvements, replacing the existing facility on site. This includes assembly areas, game rooms, gymnasium, a full commercial kitchen, and dining hall for the patrons, assembly areas and game rooms.
New on site parking on the north and south ends of the site are provided with a drop-off area bordering Louise Street are also included in the design. The project is designed to be fully accessible for disabled patrons.
